Zaug to race in final round

Adrian Zaugg will return to driving duties for A1 Team South Africa at next weekend's A1GP Brands Hatch, Great Britain. The 20-year-old, who won the opening race of the season at Zandvoort for the team, and has been chosen over Shanghai pilot Alan van der Merwe.

Zaugg scored a podium finish for the team in Mexico's Feature race and team manager Mike Carroll is hoping to build on those results in the championship finale. Carroll told A1GP.com: "I think our qualifying performance in Shanghai was compromised because we picked up a small problem on the suspension. It also compromised our Sprint race.

"We are confident the pace we have was not reflected in Shanghai. We are going to be much stronger at Brands."
