Feature race gets second pit stop

A1GP organisers have confirmed that the Feature race will now have two pit stops this season.

Previously, the race had just one stop that had to be taken in a mandatory window, however teams will now be required to take another later in the race. However, the sting in the tail for the teams is they will only be notified when this will be when the pit lane opens for the Feature race.

The Feature race length will remain at 69 minutes plus one lap, with the first stop having to take place between laps eight and 16. The second stop will take place in a different pit stop window, which will vary from track to track.

The length of the Sprint race will also increase this season, and will now be 29 minutes plus one lap.
