PM congratulates Karthikeyan

Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has officially congratulated Sunday's race winner Narain Karthikeyan. "He is a true representative of India's young spirit," Singh said.

For A1 Team India it was the first victory in the A1GP series. Karthikeyan finished half a second ahead of New Zealand's Jonny Reid.
